Ingredients :
Salmon Steaks - 2 Medium
For the Marinade:
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Red Chilli Powder | 1 tsp |
| Coarinder Powder | 1 tsp |
| Turmeric | 1/2 tsp |
| Dried Mango Powder(Amchur) | 1 tsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp |
| Mustard Oil | 1/2 tbsp |
| Fresh Ginger | 1 tsp |
| Gram Flour | 1/2 tbsp |
| Salt | as required |
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together , adding gram flour last
2. Smear the paste all over the fish and set aside for 30 minutes
3. Shallow fry the fish with 3 mins on each side. ( Or longer time as you prefer)
For the Salad:
| Tomato | 1 medium diced |
|---|---|
| Cucumber | 1 small diced |
| Coriander Leaves | 1/2 tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1tsp |
| Sugar | a pinch |
| Cumin Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Salt | as required |
Toss all the ingredients together and serve. ( I didn't have cucumber in hand so went without it) It still tastes good :)
